Taboris is a well-balanced defensive back who excels in both pass and run defense. With proficient technique and footwork, he has a smooth backpedal and effectively trails receivers while staying close to their hips. He does a good job locating the football for pass breakups, but I would like to see him increase his interceptions next season.His physicality when covering receivers shows potential as a jamming defensive back, and he is a solid open-field tackler who can track down ball carriers. I would like to see him be more aggressive in his tackles to impress college coaches. Taboris can play press coverage or operate on an island and, with further development, could become a Division I recruit. Minor adjustments could help him stand out this season, and while his speed and agility are solid, there’s room for improvement. His awareness and ability to locate the ball while trailing receivers are good, but they can be enhanced further.
