Trenton Yancey, WR, Duncanville, 5-10 / 180

Yancey is a multi-sport athlete(track & football) who can light up the scoreboard and make plays anytime he has the football in his hands. In 2024, as a sophomore, Trenton caught 30 passes for 450 yards and 7 TDs on 15.0 yards per catch for a Duncanville squad that reached the Texas 6A D-I state semifinals. In 2023, Yancey earned Texas District 8- 6A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman at Arlington Lamar. Caught 59 passes for 814 yards and 5 TDs on 13.8 yards per reception, while rushing for 206 yards and 1 TD on 6.24 yards per carry. His total scholarship offers from schools like Alabama, Florida State, Notre Dame, Utah, and many others (38 total). Yancey is explosive at the snap of the football and can get over top of corners in the blink of an eye, can win the 50/50 ball, and has an elite vertical and route running ability that will only improve over the years.

Julian Caldwell, WR, Argyle, 6-0 / 170

Caldwell is a four-star wide receiver recruit who, in 2024, finished a 12-game sophomore season with 21 catches for 581 yards and 7 TDs on 27.7 yards per catch. In track, Caldwell ran as a sophomore 100-meter reps of 10.92, 10.96, 10.98, and 10.99. Also posted a 23.58 200 and a 22-6 long jump (per MileSplit). Julian can make circus-style catches with his elite awareness and hands. A vertical threat who is a mismatch nightmare for most defensive backs. With 38 total Division I offers, there is no doubt that Caldwell will have his choice of wherever he would like to talents too in the country.

Tre Moore, WR, Weiss, 6-3 / 190

Tre has the size at 6-foot-3, 190lbs, and could easily be NO.1 on our list of the top 2027 wide receiver recruits. Talk about a mismatch nightmare, Moore is the exact definition who is an elite route runner, and has the speed and ability to run elite crisp routes and carve up the field to make plays happen. A redzone threat and can turn any catch into six points anytime he has the football in his hands. By the time his high school football career is over, Moore could easily see early playing time in his first or second year of his collegiate career.
