Berry runs with a blend of balance and lower-body power that stands out for his age — his ability to stay upright through contact and bounce off tacklers is advanced. He shows natural strength and an explosive first step, giving him the burst to turn short gains into chunk plays. Berry can hit the hole between the tackles or bounce runs to the perimeter with fluid footwork and smooth change-of-direction ability. His lateral quickness and ability to stack multiple cuts on one run speak to his body control and instincts as a finesse-style back.

Still early in his development, Berry can sharpen his open-field toolset — adding more variation in his juke, spin, and stiff-arm moves. Continued improvement in lateral agility and top-end acceleration will elevate his separation ability at the second level.
