Small-framed but explosive athlete who flashes high-end quickness and acceleration on both sides of the ball. Williams is quick off the line, showing that initial burst that can separate him from defenders or close space fast when working at defensive back. His elite straight-line speed and agility stand out immediately — he’s the kind of player who can turn short gains into chunk plays and make defenders miss in space. On offense, his versatility allows him to line up in multiple roles — slot, backfield, or jet motion — and he’s effective on sweep plays, RPO looks, and short-area routes where quick cuts matter. He tracks the football well and shows natural hands, securing the catch cleanly before transitioning into open-field mode.

Technically, there’s room to refine his game. As a receiver, his route running and ability to break down and stop on comeback routes need continued reps. Defensively, footwork and man coverage technique are still developing — particularly his press ability and hand usage at the line. With added strength, growth, and continued polish, Williams has the raw tools to evolve into a dynamic two-way contributor at the high school level and beyond.
