Full Eval Report
Justin Powell | 2026 | RB | Toombs County (GA)
Evaluation: Justin looks like a workhorse running back that coaches at the next level can rely on for every down and situation. He has a lean, athletic build with plenty of muscle. He explodes through holes and showcases his speed and agility on runs between the tackles or to the outside. He is both a shifty runner and a power back. Justin possesses lateral speed and the ability to cut back on runs, making defenders miss or breaking arm tackles. He is a well-rounded running back with great speed, agility, and power. He displays patience on runs, allowing holes to develop before exploding through them. He is a running back who is effective on any down and in the red zone. After contact, his balance and strength are elite. I really love the ability and power Justin shows on almost every run. I would like to see him finish more runs with longer gains or in the end zone, and run with more downhill speed and aggression. However, Justin demonstrates an elite mix of speed and power. He projects to the Division I FBS to FCS level of college football and could see playing time after further development by his second year in college. He is a player who could earn many stars and offers next to his name.
