Stinson is a 2028 defensive back with Division I talent and skills, plays with the speed and movement skills you look for in a modern coverage defender. At 5’10”, 175, he’s built lean with room to add good mass, and his athletic profile jumps off the film immediately. He shows elite straight-line speed, twitch, and clean lateral movement. His footwork is advanced for his age—smooth transitions, fluid hip flips, and strong ability to open and run without losing balance. He consistently gets his head around in phase and attacks the football, showing real ball skills with the ability to undercut routes and generate INTs or PBUs.

His range stands out. TJ covers sideline to sideline, closes windows in a hurry, and reads quarterbacks well enough to bait throws. He’s also not shy of contact—he can jar the ball loose and throws his body around when he needs to. With continued development, his ceiling sits firmly in the FBS-to-FCS Division I range.
