Hall has an athletic, lean 6-0 frame with enough length to fit the prototype mold at cornerback. His size is in line with what you see across the FBS level, and he flashes traits that make him a physical, dependable defensive back. Shows a clean backpedal and the ability to flip his hips smoothly in coverage. When the ball’s in the air, he’s comfortable finding it and turning for interceptions — a natural playmaker who can force turnovers and deliver tone-setting hits in open space. His tackling is a real strength; he closes with force and doesn’t shy from contact.

Areas for growth center on his technique and twitch. Needs to clean up transitions in his backpedal and play with sharper burst when breaking on routes. Must also show more takeover moments on film — routine plays need to become dominant ones. With improved speed and reaction quickness, Hall’s game could project to the FCS or even FBS level.
