Marcel Dominguez plays with a high motor and relentless pursuit, embodying the kind of disruptor every defense wants on the edge. At 6-1, 230, he’s slightly undersized compared to the prototypical Division I defensive end, but makes up for it with burst, leverage, and aggression. He fires off the snap with real explosion and shows natural bend turning the corner, which allows him to consistently beat tackles with quickness and body control. His low pad level and compact frame give him leverage advantages in both the run and pass game, and he shows the strength to anchor and control his gap against the run. Dominguez flashes an effective bull rush and plays with disciplined gap integrity, forcing offenses to account for him on every down.

The next step for him will be expanding his pass-rush toolbox — improving hand usage, developing counters, and refining block-shedding techniques. Adding lean mass could also help him hold up better inside if college programs see him transitioning to a 3-tech or hybrid front role. Dominguez projects as a potential FCS-level or lower level defensive lineman with continued development and physical growth.
