Tre Williams, QB, Lewisville
Tre had a spectacular 2024 season last fall for Lewisville, making his name known and raising his recruiting stock with just over 1,500 passing yards, 19 touchdowns, 220 attempts, 125 completions, and 6 interceptions. In 2023, Williams started gaining early hype, receiving his first three offers in the spring. After last season’s campaign, Colorado State and Marshall have been his latest offers thus far in 2025. Although Williams is a bit undersized for a prototypical quarterback, he has smooth throwing mechanics and great ball placement, putting the ball where only his receivers can catch it. He also works the pocket beautifully. However, he needs to improve his throwing strength and deep ball to maintain his recruiting momentum this season.

Jack Devine, QB, Regents School
Jacks’ recruiting has been on fire this year, with recent offers from schools like Sacramento State, Coastal Carolina, UTSA, and the Cincinnati Bearcats. All these offers seem to stem from last season’s performances, which have undoubtedly caught the attention of college coaches. Devine threw for over 2,500 yards, had 34 passing touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. Not to mention, he showcased his ability to run with the football, racking up 456 yards on the ground and 12 additional rushing touchdowns. Look for a stellar junior season campaign for Devine in 2025 this fall, and expect his recruiting stock to keep growing.

Luke Babin, QB, Woodville
Luke is a multi-sport athlete who also runs track. As a sophomore, he qualified for the Texas 3A regional in the 110-meter hurdles, finishing fourth with a time of 15.26 seconds. He also recorded a time of 14.47 seconds at the district competition (per MileSplit). Luke’s recruitment has been impressive recently, with offers coming in this summer and spring from schools like UTSA, TCU, Baylor, and Texas Tech. Last season, Babin threw for over 2,100 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. Additionally, he rushed for 350 yards and 5 rushing touchdowns. Babin has a strong arm and can deliver the football proficiently to all three levels of the field, whether sitting in the pocket or on the move.

Braden Baker, QB , Cy Ranch
Last but not least is Braden Baker, who has a brother playing Division I football for Louisiana Tech. Braden may soon add to the family legacy of being a college football quarterback. He received all of his Division I offers this month, including from schools like Baylor, UTEP, UTSA, Houston, and Louisiana Tech, where his brother plays.
Baker has the prototypical size for a quarterback at 6-foot-4 and 170 lbs. He possesses the arm talent to deliver the football with velocity and accuracy, which will undoubtedly improve over time. Expect Baker to have a tremendous fall, with more offers likely coming in, thereby raising his recruiting stock alongside the other players on this list.
